How to Share a Device with Another DMSS Account

Step 1: Log In

• Open the DMSS app.

• Log in to the account that owns the device.

Step 2: Locate the Device

• On the home screen, find the device you want to share.

• Tap the three dots (⋯) next to the device name.

Step 3: Select “Share Device”

• From the menu options, tap “Share Device”.

Step 4: Enter the Recipient’s Email

• Type in the email address of the DMSS account you want to share the device with.

• The recipient must have a registered DMSS account in the same region (e.g., Ireland).

Step 5: Confirm Sharing

• Tap “Confirm” to finish the sharing process.

• The device will now appear under the recipient’s Shared Devices list in their app.

Important Notes:

• Shared users may have limited functionality (e.g., no access to device settings or firmware updates).
